A: No. We are not a coaching, mentoring, or self-help program(While we provide all three!). We provide consulting and implementation based services. This means we assist with execution, implementation, and application  rather than simply providing advice or motivation.

A: No. We do not guarantee funding approvals, credit outcomes, or financial results. All funding decisions are made by third party lenders and institutions. Our role is to help clients prepare and position their business in a professional and compliant manner in order to get funding.

 

Q: Are you a lender or financial institution?


A: No. The Money Pot, LLC is not a bank, lender, or credit bureau. We do not issue loans or credit and do not make lending decisions.

A: Pricing varies based on the scope of services, complexity of the request, and level of support required. All pricing is discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Packages 

 

Q: Why are prices not listed on the website?


A: We do not use one-size-fits-all pricing. Each business situation is different, and customized pricing ensures clients receive services appropriate to their specific needs. All packages are priced and can be customized. 

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?


A: We accept multiple payment options including PayPal, Affirm, Stripe, and other approved payment platforms listed on our Prices page.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?


A: Payment plans may be available through third party providers such as Affirm or PayLater (by PayPal) , subject to their approval and terms. We do not control approval decisions or payment terms set by these providers.

 

Q: Are there additional or third party fees?

A: Some services may require fees charged by third parties such as state agencies, filing services, or financial institutions. These fees are separate from our service fees and are the client’s responsibility.

A: To get started, you can purchase a package or submit a contact request through our website. Once your request is reviewed, we will contact you to discuss next steps or any questions you may have.

Q: What information do I need to provide?


A: You may be asked to provide basic business information, documentation, and details related to your goals. Providing accurate and complete information is required to move forward with services. Due to the federal filings, state filing, and applications we submit for you a Social Security Number, Birthday, photo of Proof of Identification, and a replacement card will need to be collected (this is for recurring payments only) on our secure portal.

A: Timelines vary depending on the services requested, the complexity of the business, and how quickly required information is provided. No specific timeline is guaranteed.

Q: Do you offer refunds?


We offer a 3 day money back guarantee. During this time we will gather all the information we will need in order to fulfil your request, complete assessments, and surveys. Clients are subject to consulting fees being charged for 1 on 1 meetings during that 3 days.

Q: Why does The Money Pot offer a 3-day money-back guarantee?

The Money Pot provides customized, done-for-you business services, and work often begins shortly after your purchase. Because our services involve time, expertise, and preparation that cannot be reversed, we limit refunds to the first 3 days. This 3-day window gives you time to review your order, ask questions, and make sure the service is the right fit. After that period, resources and labor have already been committed on your behalf. Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our clients and our team. If you are unsure which service is best for you, we are always happy to help before you purchase.
